On 19 May 2025, I boarded the Flixbus Kamil Koç bus scheduled for 22:00 from Bucharest to Istanbul. Shortly after departure—within about 30 minutes—the bus broke down. Despite the critical nature of this situation, the company failed to provide any proper assistance. They simply told us to wait until noon for another bus, leaving all passengers stranded in the middle of Romania without alternatives.
As of 03:58, I have been waiting for hours in the bus, unable to rest properly or continue my journey. No clear solution, accommodation, or compensation has been offered, causing both physical discomfort and emotional stress. This unacceptable service has disrupted my travel plans and caused financial and mental strain.
I explicitly request a full refund for this trip and a formal apology for the negligence and lack of support. Please resolve this matter within 14 days.
