NordVPN Charged My Card Despite No Active Subscription

On October 5, 2025, I noticed that 1,429 TRY was charged to my credit card under the name “Googl nordvpn.” I had stopped using NordVPN a long time ago and canceled my subscription, and I currently do not have any active membership. For this reason, I do not understand why this charge was made, and I have been negatively affected by an unauthorized charge taken from my account.
I attempted to contact NordVPN customer support, but I was unable to find any working support channels, and the contact addresses provided do not function. Additionally, this is the first time such a charge has occurred.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the charged amount be fully refunded to me.
