NordVPN Not Connecting on iPhone in Istanbul for Over a Week

For about one week, I have been completely unable to connect to NordVPN on my iOS (iPhone) device in Istanbul. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the issue continues. I am also unable to access the support pages, so I cannot receive any assistance.

There is no issue with my subscription or account status—this is strictly a connection problem. The problem has been persistent for the past week and has not resolved itself at all.

I do not know whether this issue is related to recent updates, but I request that it be resolved as soon as possible. If the problem is not fixed shortly, I would like to request a refund.
