I booked a car rental through Booking.com and canceled it on the same day, expecting a smooth refund process as promised. They assured me that I would receive my refund within 7 business days. However, it's now been 9 business days, and I still haven't seen the refund in my account. What's more frustrating is that I can't reach their customer service despite numerous attempts. My cancellation was on August 31, 2024, and this delay is causing me significant inconvenience. I rely on timely refunds when travel plans change, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. Booking.com, please resolve this issue promptly and process my refund immediately. Your lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, and I hope you address this to prevent others from facing the same problem.
