NordVPN Fails to Stop Payments After Google Play Cancellation

Even though I canceled my NordVPN monthly subscription through Google Play five months ago, approximately $7 USD has continued to be charged to my account every month. I completed the cancellation process directly through Google Play and did not contact customer support at the time. The most recent charge occurred on November 7, 2025. I do not have an invoice, subscriber number, or customer ID for these charges.
Because payments have continued despite the cancellation, I am experiencing a clear financial inconvenience. I request that this issue be corrected immediately, that the wrongfully charged amounts be refunded to my account, and that necessary checks be implemented to ensure this does not happen again.
