NordVPN Connectivity Failure and Unhelpful Support Experience

I created a NordVPN subscription, but since the very first day of activation, I have not been able to use the service properly. I cannot establish a stable connection on either Windows or iOS devices. On very rare occasions I am able to connect by chance, but most of the time there is no connection at all.
When I contacted customer support, they repeatedly requested additional technical details. No matter what information I provided, it was never considered sufficient, and no effective assistance was offered. As a result, the problem has remained completely unresolved.
I purchased a two-year subscription, and I deeply regret this decision. It is extremely frustrating that free VPN services can connect instantly, while NordVPN — despite its high price and reputation — fails to provide even basic connectivity. In fact, I sometimes need to use another VPN just to access NordVPN’s own website.
I purchased NordVPN believing it was one of the best VPN services available, but in my experience it performs worse than free VPN providers. Due to the ongoing inability to use the service as advertised, I request that my subscription be canceled and the full amount refunded.
