Mostbet Shows Payments as Completed but Funds Are Missing

I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple payment transactions made through the Mostbet app, where amounts were deducted from my balance but never received in the intended Vodafone Cash wallet, even though the app shows them as paid and completed. I am the account holder, Desouky Kamel, account number 171039063. The disputed transactions are as follows: $408 on April 16, 2025 at 12:37:14, $112 on July 4, 2025 at 08:42:36, and $82 on July 4, 2025 at 09:22:11. All of these payments were sent to Vodafone Cash wallet number 01003032126, but the amounts were never received in the wallet despite the status showing “paid” and “completed” in the Mostbet app. I have already submitted a complaint to your support team and was repeatedly asked to wait patiently, but I have now been waiting for nearly seven months with no resolution and no refund, which has caused me serious distress as I am in urgent need of this money. Based on the above, I request the immediate refund of the total amount of $510 to my Vodafone Cash wallet 01003032126, and the addition of $92 to my Mostbet account balance 171039063 without any further delay, or a clear explanation and solution if there is any technical issue that prevented these funds from reaching the wallet. I kindly ask that these transactions be urgently reviewed and that a final, prompt resolution be provided.

I am submitting this complaint against Mostbet regarding three withdrawal transactions that are marked in the system as “paid,” even though I have not received the money in my bank account (Vodafone Cash).
The first withdrawal was made on April 16, 2025, at 12:37:14 PM, in the amount of 20,000 Egyptian pounds. The second withdrawal took place on July 4, 2025, at 8:42:36 AM, for 5,500 Egyptian pounds. The third withdrawal was made on July 4, 2025, at 9:22:11 AM, for 4,000 Egyptian pounds.
The total missing amount is 29,500 Egyptian pounds, which is approximately $610 USD. Although all of these withdrawals appear in the Mostbet system as “paid” or completed, the money has not been credited to my Vodafone Cash account to this day.
I have contacted Mostbet live support multiple times regarding this issue, but the only response I have received is that the matter is “under review,” with no real solution and no clear timeline for resolving the withdrawals. The system status does not reflect reality, as none of these funds have reached my account.
I request that Mostbet immediately transfer the remaining amount of 29,500 Egyptian pounds to my Vodafone Cash wallet without any further delay.
