Shortmax Charges Me but Fails to Activate My Subscription

At 9:46, I applied for a Shortmax subscription and made a payment of approximately $28 USD. However, my subscription has still not been activated. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue was not resolved. I could not find any phone number to contact customer service and was unable to receive any support.

I request that my subscription be activated immediately or that the amount I paid be refunded.
