Facetune 2 keeps charging me after I canceled, how can I stop the charge?

You can quit Facetune 2 through Apple's App Store, Google Play, PayPal, or their web dashboard. 

If the subscription keeps charging you after you've canceled, make sure the cancellation was made there. Deleting the app won't stop the billing.

If you correctly cancelled your subscription but still see charges, you should ask for a refund through the platform where you bought it. 

For Apple, go to Settings > Subscriptions > Report a Problem. For Google, go to pay.google.com or return request. For Facetune, use the support form if you bought on their website.
