I Face Unauthorized Facetune Annual Subscription Charge on My App Store Account

I recently discovered that my credit card was charged ₺1,400 for a Facetune annual subscription without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this purchase, nor did I receive any notification asking for my approval. This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable.
As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription and contacted the App Store and Facetune to request a full refund. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or reimbursement. It is shocking how an app can charge such a large amount without user confirmation.
I have never used Facetune’s paid services and did not intend to subscribe for a year. I demand that this charge be reversed immediately and my ₺1,400 refunded to my card. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further action to protect my consumer rights.
