On May 11, 2025, my account was charged ₺2,999 for a Facetune subscription that I never authorized or agreed to. I never signed up for any subscription, membership, or payment plan with this app, and I was never shown any kind of consent form, warning, or notification before this charge was made.
I am extremely frustrated by this unauthorized transaction. I did not receive any prior communication regarding this subscription, and I certainly did not approve such a large payment. No one should be charged this amount without their knowledge or permission.
