Without my knowledge, my nephew accidentally purchased a photo editing app called Facetune2 on my iPhone. I only realized this when I saw that ₺2,999 was withdrawn from my card. I never gave permission for this purchase, and I never used this app even once. This charge was completely unauthorized and unfair.
I immediately contacted Apple Support several times to request a refund. Unfortunately, my refund requests were denied without a valid explanation. It is unacceptable to deny a refund for a purchase that was clearly accidental and unauthorized.
I am demanding a full refund of the ₺2,999 that was wrongfully taken from my account. Apple and Facetune must take responsibility for protecting users from unauthorized purchases, especially when minors are involved.
