I Face Unauthorized Facetune2 Charge on iPhone and Apple Refuses Refund

Without my knowledge, my nephew accidentally purchased a photo editing app called Facetune2 on my iPhone. I only realized this when I saw that ₺2,999 was withdrawn from my card. I never gave permission for this purchase, and I never used this app even once. This charge was completely unauthorized and unfair.

I immediately contacted Apple Support several times to request a refund. Unfortunately, my refund requests were denied without a valid explanation. It is unacceptable to deny a refund for a purchase that was clearly accidental and unauthorized.

I am demanding a full refund of the ₺2,999 that was wrongfully taken from my account. Apple and Facetune must take responsibility for protecting users from unauthorized purchases, especially when minors are involved. Please refund my money without further delay and prevent this from happening to other users.
