I Report Facetune App Charging ₺2,999 Without My Consent on Apple

On June 29, 2025, at 12:43 PM, I was shocked to see that ₺2,999 was withdrawn from my account via Apple for a Facetune app subscription. This charge happened without my prior knowledge or consent. I never authorized or used this app, yet they charged me the full annual subscription amount all at once.

Immediately after noticing this unauthorized transaction, I contacted Apple customer service three separate times to request a refund. Despite explaining the situation in detail and highlighting that this was a clear breach of payment security, my refund requests were repeatedly denied. Apple’s refusal to take responsibility for a security issue on their platform is both disappointing and unacceptable.

I expect both Apple and the Facetune app team to investigate this unauthorized charge and refund the full amount of ₺2,999 immediately. I am an Apple user who trusted the platform’s security, and this experience has deeply undermined my trust.

I urge the company to resolve this unauthorized transaction without delay. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate this matter through all available legal and consumer protection channels.
