I signed up for the Facetune free trial through my phone and canceled the subscription during the trial period, well before it was supposed to convert into a paid plan. Despite my cancellation, Facetune charged my card ₺1,400 for a full subscription I never intended to purchase.
This charge happened even though the app was still installed on my phone, and the cancellation was completed through the Apple subscriptions section, as per the instructions. I never used the app beyond the trial period and did not authorize this charge.
I have reached out for a refund but have not received my money back. I demand the immediate return of the ₺1,400 that was wrongfully withdrawn from my account.
