Even though the Facetune Video app is not installed on my phone and I have never used it, an annual subscription fee of $33 USD was charged to my App Store account on August 1, 2024, at 07:31. This transaction occurred completely without my knowledge or consent. I canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed it, but since the app was never installed on my device and I have never used it in any way, I do not accept this payment.
I request that the charged amount be refunded to me. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved.
