I Face Unauthorized Charge from Facetune 2 After Canceling Free Trial
I subscribed to Facetune 2 with a 3-day free trial, hoping to test its features. Before the trial period ended, I canceled the subscription through my Apple account to avoid any charges. Despite this, Facetune 2 charged my card ₺1,400 for a full subscription.
I have never used the paid features of the app beyond the trial period. I followed all necessary cancellation steps, yet this unjust charge was still deducted from my card. I immediately contacted Apple Support and Facetune but have not received a satisfactory response or refund.
I demand a full refund of the ₺1,400 withdrawn from my account without my consent. If my money is not refunded promptly, I will take legal action to recover the unauthorized payment and protect my consumer rights. This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress.
