I Face Unauthorized Charge from Facetune After Child Downloaded App on My Phone

Hello, I am writing to report an unauthorized charge from the Facetune app on my account. A child accidentally downloaded the Facetune app onto my phone without my permission. I was unaware of the download until I noticed that my credit card had been charged. The app claims to offer a one-week free trial, yet it charged me immediately without my consent or approval.

I have never used the app, nor did I intend to subscribe to any paid plan. Despite the supposed free trial period, I was charged, and I find this highly unfair. The fact that an app can charge someone's account without clear authorization is unacceptable.

I am requesting a full refund for this unauthorized charge. I did not receive any prior warning, confirmation, or consent process for this payment. Please review my case and return the funds to my account.
