I recently discovered that Facetune charged my account ₺575.99 for a one-year subscription that I never approved. I am certain that I did not sign up for a yearly plan. In fact, I canceled my subscription promptly, yet the app still deducted the full annual fee from my account. This situation is incredibly frustrating, as I feel completely taken advantage of by an app I barely used.
What bothers me the most is that there was no clear warning or confirmation screen for such a large charge, and despite canceling, my money was not refunded.
