I Face Unauthorized Annual Charge on Facetune2 Despite Canceling Free Trial

I signed up for the 7-day free trial on the Facetune2 app, but on the very same day, I canceled it because I didn’t like the app. Even though I canceled within the trial period and never used the app’s features, I was shocked to find that they charged me for an entire year’s subscription without my permission.

I didn’t use this service, and I canceled exactly as the instructions stated. I never agreed to pay for a full year, especially on the first day of a free trial. This is incredibly misleading and unethical.

I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized annual charge. Facetune2 needs to fix this immediately and ensure that no further charges occur. This has caused unnecessary financial stress and frustration. I demand my money back without delay and expect the company to respect user cancellation actions during trial periods.
