I started the 7-day free trial of the Facetune app expecting to try the service before committing to any payment. However, on the very same day, my account was charged ₺598 for a full one-year subscription without my consent. I canceled the subscription immediately, yet the charge remained on my account.
I never agreed to purchase an annual membership. I was extremely careful to cancel within the trial period, as I had no intention of using the app beyond that. Despite this, the app charged me for an entire year, which is completely unjustified.
I demand a full refund of the ₺598 that was wrongly withdrawn from my account. It is unacceptable for a company to charge users without clear authorization or warning. I request that Facetune review this situation and promptly return my money. If my refund is not processed, I will pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights.
