I Face Unauthorized Facetune Video & Photo Editor Yearly Charge

My nephew purchased the Facetune Video & Photo Editor app on my phone without my permission, and to my shock, the app automatically renewed itself as a yearly subscription for a huge fee of ₺2,999. What’s even more frustrating is that the app has lower monthly subscription options available, but for some reason, it chose to charge me the expensive yearly plan without my consent or knowledge.

This charge is a significant financial burden, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and the ease with which such a large payment was taken. I never approved or authorized this subscription. I expect Facetune to correct this mistake immediately and issue a full refund for the ₺2,999 charge.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, it will leave a very negative impression of Facetune's business practices. Please take responsibility for this error and process my refund without further delay.
