On November 7, 2025, a $71 USD Premium subscription was activated on the Facetune 2 app through the App Store on my iPhone 16, even though I did not approve or authorize the purchase. I did not see any confirmation screen or notification during the purchase process. This subscription was started completely without my knowledge or consent.
The payment was processed via transfer, and I do not have any customer, order, or invoice number. When I contacted my bank, they told me they could not cancel the transaction. I was unable to reach Facetune 2, and although I submitted a request to Apple regarding the issue, I have not received a solution yet.
I request that this mistakenly activated subscription be canceled and that the charged amount be refunded to me.
