Facetune Not Canceling Annual Membership Despite Immediate Cancellation Request

While using the Facetune app, I accidentally purchased an annual subscription. When I realized the purchase had gone through, I briefly checked the app to confirm whether the membership was actually active. I then immediately canceled it. Despite this, the app did not cancel my subscription and is still attempting to charge my card.

The fact that the subscription still appears as active in the system—even after I canceled it—and that the app is still trying to charge me creates a serious problem for users. Applications, especially those with international subscription systems, should offer transparent and easy cancellation options. However, my experience with Facetune has been the complete opposite. The ongoing issues caused by an accidental purchase show that the company is not taking a user-friendly approach.

Here is all I am requesting from this process:

The accidental annual subscription should be fully canceled,

Any attempt to charge my card should be stopped,

And if payment has already been taken, it should be refunded to me.

As a user, my expectation is very simple: I should not have to pay for a service I do not use or do not want. I expect Facetune to take this complaint seriously and provide a quick resolution.
