On May 5, 2025, Facetune charged my account ₺2,999 without my knowledge or consent. I have never subscribed to this app, authorized a payment, or approved any membership plan. I was not presented with any prior notification, warning, or confirmation screen regarding a subscription. This charge happened completely without my permission, and I find it unacceptable.
I expect Facetune and your billing partners to respect user consent. I kindly demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of the ₺2,999 charge to my account. I also request clear communication from your team explaining how such a charge occurred without my approval.
Please resolve this matter urgently and confirm the cancellation and refund process in writing. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will pursue legal action and report this unauthorized transaction to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
