I Face Unauthorized Payment for Facetune App Despite Canceling My Subscription

I signed up for the Facetune app through Apple under what was clearly stated as a free trial. I never used the app’s features, yet Apple charged my account for a full subscription. After seeing this charge, I immediately canceled my subscription to avoid further payments. I have not used the service at all, so I do not understand why I was billed in the first place.

It is extremely unfair to charge someone for a service they did not use. I am requesting a full refund for this unauthorized payment. I also demand that you ensure no future charges are made to my account. I have already canceled the subscription as you can verify in your system.

Facetune, please resolve this issue promptly and process my refund without further delay. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect you to take responsibility and provide a satisfactory resolution.
