I Report Unauthorized Facetune Charge of ₺577 on My Akbank Account

On June 27, 2025, at 08:51:23, an unauthorized transaction totaling ₺577.14 was withdrawn from my Akbank account without my knowledge or consent. The transaction was made under the name “YDS Google Lightricks,” and it consisted of two separate charges: ₺575.99 and ₺1.15. I want to make it clear that I never approved this purchase nor initiated any subscription through Google or the Facetune app.

This charge occurred despite me not having the Facetune app installed on my phone and without receiving any confirmation messages, approval requests, or verification codes. I was never notified about this transaction in any form.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and the full refund of the ₺577.14 withdrawn from my account. I also request that Akbank, Google, and Lightricks conduct a thorough investigation into this unauthorized use of my personal information and banking details. It is unacceptable that my account was accessed without my consent.

This is a serious violation of my privacy and financial security. I expect all involved parties to take responsibility, resolve this issue quickly, and take action to protect my personal data from future unauthorized use. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further legal action and report this incident to consumer protection authorities.
