I Report Facetune Photo Editor Charging Me Without Subscription or Permission

I downloaded the Facetune app, which, just like other photo collage apps such as Remini, claims to offer a 3-day or 7-day free trial before charging anything. However, the app withdrew money from my account without my permission or any subscription confirmation. I never authorized a payment, nor did I agree to any automatic subscription, yet they charged my card as if I had willingly subscribed.

This is not only unethical but also feels like a serious breach of trust and consumer rights. No user should be charged without being fully informed and giving clear consent. What makes this worse is that no notification, approval request, or email was sent before deducting the payment from my account.

I am demanding the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge and a full refund of the money taken without my consent. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter through legal channels and file a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies. Facetune must stop misleading consumers with fake free trial promises and unauthorized charges. I expect a full resolution as soon as possible.
