Facetune Charged Me After Trial Without Notice, Requesting Refund

I downloaded the Facetune app from the App Store as a trial version one week ago. It was stated that I would be notified before any charges were made at the end of the trial period. However, on November 17, 2025, $71 USD was withdrawn from my Apple ID account ending in 1402 without any prior notification.

I only used the trial version and did not use any paid features. I have not yet contacted Facetune or App Store customer support regarding the issue. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and I am requesting that my issue be resolved and the amount I paid be refunded to me.

I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
