Facetune 2 Purchased By Mistake, Please Refund And Cancel Subscription

I am writing regarding a subscription purchase made by mistake on FaceTune under the reference LRX*HVPDSL / FACETUNE 252-6115881 NY. On 05/12/2026, my daughter accidentally purchased a subscription, and I canceled it the very same day. Despite canceling immediately, I was charged $39.99 for this subscription. Since the purchase was clearly accidental and the cancellation was done right away, I kindly request that the subscription be fully canceled and that the $39.99 charge be refunded. I have already contacted the payment provider about this issue, but I have not received any resolution yet. I ask that you review this situation and process the refund as a one-time courtesy, taking into account that the subscription was not intentionally purchased and was canceled on the same day.
