Dyson V15 Vacuum Ongoing Filter Error and Customer Service Challenges

I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, and since the day I bought it, I have been filled with regret. It constantly shows filter error messages and has numerous issues. I want to take it to service for inspection, but unfortunately, Dyson insists on a video call to diagnose the problem first. They suggested I spill something on it or perform other unnecessary actions.
I told them to send a service technician, but they insist that they need to diagnose the issue first. I am frustrated with this process, and I feel that Dyson will never enter my home again.
