I purchased the Dyson Gen5 vacuum, expecting top-notch performance, but it has been a frustrating experience. The vacuum continuously displays "airway blocked" alerts, even after I clean it thoroughly. I can barely clean one room before the "empty bin" warning appears, requiring me to stop and spend more time maintaining the vacuum than actually using it.
This constant need for cleaning and troubleshooting defeats the purpose of having a premium vacuum. The time wasted on these issues is unacceptable for a product at this price point. I am extremely dissatisfied with its efficiency and usability. Dyson needs to provide a prompt and permanent solution to these recurring problems or offer a replacement that works as advertised.
