• State that you were billed twice for the same subscription period
• Provide the transaction dates, amounts, and payment method
• Include the receipt IDs, order numbers, or invoice screenshots

• Attach bank/credit card statements showing the duplicate charge
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether one of the charges is a mistake or duplicate
• Refund the extra charge and reverse it to your original payment method
• Clarify why the double billing occurred (system error, renewal overlap, etc.)
• Give you a support/ticket number for tracking
• Provide a clear timeline for the refund
If you subscribed through Apple/Google;
• Request them to initiate the refund via the App Store / Google Play if Buddy.ai support directs you there
• Provide the App Store/Google order IDs for both charges
If the issue persists or support is unresponsive; file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
