Hello, I’m reaching out because I’m extremely frustrated with Buddy.ai. Today, right after my subscription ended, it was automatically renewed without my permission or any confirmation. I did not agree to another 6-month subscription, yet the app renewed it and charged me again.
I immediately canceled the subscription the same day, but I’m still being billed for a service I did not authorize. I tried to locate the customer service number, but I couldn’t find it anywhere, so I’m posting this complaint here in hopes of finally getting a response.
I expect a full refund for this unauthorized charge. You cannot just auto-renew a paid subscription without clear and informed consent from the user. This is not acceptable, and it feels like a trick to lock people into payments they didn’t agree to. Please contact me as soon as possible and issue my refund promptly.
