Buddy.ai Charged My Credit Card Repeatedly Without My Consent After 1-Month Trial

I signed up for a 1-month subscription to Buddy.ai for my child, but unfortunately, my child didn’t like the app at all, so we stopped using it. I assumed the subscription would end after the one-month period. However, without my consent, Buddy.ai began attempting to charge my credit card again for a renewed membership.
This isn’t just a one-time error—it’s happened multiple times. I’ve noticed repeated attempts to withdraw money from my card without authorization. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like a violation of my financial privacy. Even worse, I’ve sent multiple emails throughout the day requesting a resolution, but I haven’t received any response.
Charging someone without their explicit permission is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for any unauthorized transactions and a full cancellation of any active or recurring subscriptions. I also expect confirmation that no further charges will be attempted. If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be forced to escalate this to consumer protection authorities.
