Buddy.ai Auto-Renewal Error Complaint
I intentionally purchased a 6-month subscription to the Buddy app in May 2024 and paid for the first 6 months. However, the subscription was automatically renewed for the second 6 months without my approval and without any notification. It was added to my Türk Telekom line and appeared on my bill dated November 10, 2025, as a charge of $19 USD.
I only realized this issue when I checked my bill details. When I contacted Türk Telekom customer service, I was directed to Buddy. I sent an email to Buddy as well, but I have not received any response so far.
I request the cancellation of this unauthorized automatic renewal and a full refund of the $19 USD that was charged to my bill without my knowledge or consent.
