Buddy.ai Charged Me Again After Canceling My Subscription and Offers No Support

I downloaded the Buddy.ai app last month to try the free trial version. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended, and a payment was charged to my account. As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription and uninstalled the app from my phone. I even received a confirmation message saying my subscription was successfully canceled.

But this month, to my shock, Buddy.ai charged me again—despite the cancellation! This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge.

What’s even more frustrating is that there is no way to contact support. I searched for any phone number or support channel but found nothing. I sent an email and haven’t received any reply. This level of unresponsiveness and the fact that they continue to charge users even after cancellation is unethical.

Buddy.ai must immediately refund the amount they wrongly took and provide clear communication channels so users can get the help they need. I’m tired of being ignored and misled by this app.
