Cancel My Buddy AI Subscription
I started a 7‑day trial with Buddy AI on June 14 through the Apple App Store, and since then I have been charged 6.99 and 19.99 even though I have been trying to cancel. Inside the app and through my Apple subscriptions, there is no visible or working option to cancel this trial or subscription. The app itself does not work properly either, and overall the experience feels misleading and fraudulent to me. I checked my Apple account, my charges, and the app settings and could not find any functional way to end or manage this subscription. I have also tried to contact the merchant, but there is no effective way to reach them, and none of the contact or support options I found worked. Because of this, I am now planning to contact my bank about these charges. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that the amounts of 6.99 and 19.99 that were charged be fully refunded, as I did not receive a working service and was not given a clear way to cancel within the trial period.
