Unauthorized Buddy.ai Subscription Charged My Credit Card
On March 10, 2026, an unauthorized charge of approximately $11 was made to my Akbank credit card for a service listed as “Buddy.ai subscriptions,” which appears to be linked to the Kids Learning Games app. I did not start this subscription, did not give any approval, and I do not accept that my card was charged without my knowledge.
I request a full refund of the $11 that was charged. I also ask that this unauthorized subscription be investigated and that my issue be resolved.
