Buddy Ai Useless App And Unauthorized Charges

I have been using the Buddy AI mobile app on my iPad and have encountered a serious problem with my paid subscription and recurring charges. I originally paid an annual subscription fee of $49.99 in January 2025. I was charged again $49.99 in January 2026 and once more $49.99 in April 2026 on my credit card. The app currently does not work properly, and there is no Settings or subscription management menu inside the app where I can cancel or manage my subscription. Buddy AI is also not listed among my Apple subscriptions, so I cannot cancel it through iOS either. I contacted Buddy AI support after the April 2026 charge and was told that they could not cancel the subscription on their end, but they did not provide any valid method or link for me to cancel it myself. This situation leaves me repeatedly charged for a service that is not working and that I have no control over. Because I consider these repeated $49.99 charges beyond the original annual subscription to be unauthorized, I have already contacted my bank to dispute the payments. However, I still expect Buddy AI to immediately cancel any active subscription or recurring payment connected to my email address, stop all future charges, and refund the additional amounts taken after the first annual fee, specifically the $49.99 charge in January 2026 and the $49.99 charge in April 2026. I also request that you provide a clear and accessible way for users to manage and cancel their subscriptions in the app or via Apple to prevent this type of issue in the future.
