Request Refund for Duplicate Buddy.ai Transaction
On December 31, I purchased a six-month membership through the Buddy.ai mobile app, and $11 was charged to my card. After approving that payment, I checked my credit card statement today and noticed that an additional $5 charge was made to the same card. I did not authorize or make any additional purchase related to this second charge.
Since the original $11 payment for the six-month membership was already processed, I believe this additional $5 charge made today is either an error or an unauthorized transaction. I have the relevant bank and card statements available and can provide them if necessary.
I request that the $5 charge made today be canceled and refunded to my card as soon as possible.
