I Can’t Cancel My Buddy.ai Subscription Because I Forgot My Gmail

I urgently want to cancel my Buddy.ai subscription, but I’m completely stuck because I can’t remember which Gmail account I used to sign up through the Play Store. This app keeps renewing the subscription and charging me regularly, even though I haven’t used it and have no way to access it anymore.

When I initially purchased the subscription, I assumed it was a one-time payment, not a recurring charge. Now, I’m being billed repeatedly for an app I don’t use and can’t access, and I find no way to stop the payments due to the forgotten Gmail login.

This situation feels extremely unfair. I don’t think I should be forced to pay for something I can’t use just because of an account recovery issue. I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the recurring charges be stopped. I also request a refund for the charges taken without proper consent or usage. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
