Buddy.ai Took My Money but App Won’t Open
I’m beyond frustrated with Buddy.ai. I paid for a subscription, but the app won’t even open. After realizing I couldn’t use what I paid for, I immediately submitted a refund request. But to my surprise, my request was rejected without any proper explanation.
How is it acceptable to charge users for a membership they can’t access? I’ve been trying for days to get this resolved. I can’t use the app, I can’t reach anyone for support, and I can’t get my money back. This is completely unfair. Why am I being charged for a service I never received?
I’m warning you—if I don’t get a refund immediately, I will escalate this to Consumer Rights and take legal action. This experience has been infuriating, and I won’t stop until I get justice. I demand Buddy.ai either fix the access issue or refund my money without further delay.
