I Cannot Cancel Buddy AiSubscription

I am using the Buddy.ai app on iOS from Canada, and I am experiencing a serious problem with canceling my subscription. I purchased the subscription directly through Buddy.ai using my bank card, not via the App Store. Since November 13, 2025, I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but the system does not allow me to complete the cancellation. Despite my attempts, the subscription is still active, and charges continue, and I am unable to stop future payments myself. I contacted Buddy.ai support about this and only received an automated email stating that they would respond soon, but I have not received any further reply or solution since then. I request that my subscription linked to the email address “ripandandi***@gmail.com” be canceled immediately and that I be refunded for the payments charged since November 13, 2025. I also expect a clear written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
