Buddy.Ai Unauthorized Charge Refund Issue
On November 17, 2025, I noticed a charge of $5 USD made to my credit card under the name “Buddy.Ai.” I want to clearly state that I do not have this app installed on any of my devices, and I have never started any membership, trial period, or subscription. The transaction description on my bank statement includes the word “Google,” yet there is no related subscription or app listed in my Google account. I also did not receive any notification, confirmation prompt, or membership form regarding such a service.
I request that this issue be clarified, that the charge be refunded immediately, and that it does not occur again in the future. My transaction number is 5321****44**. I have already submitted a dispute request to my bank, but I do not know how to contact your company directly. I am requesting your assistance.
