Disputing Unknown Buddy AI Charge on QNB Credit Card
On December 10, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $5 on my QNB Finansbank Fix credit card. The transaction description on my statement appears as “Google Buddy AI Fun L.”
I do not have any subscription to Buddy AI. I have never registered for this app or service and have never shared my credit card information with them. Despite this, an unauthorized charge was made to my card, which raises serious security concerns and has caused me financial inconvenience.
Since I do not have any active membership or subscription, I do not even know whom I should contact regarding this matter. Therefore, I request a refund of the $5 that was charged to my card without my consent. If any subscription or membership has been created under my name, I demand that it be immediately canceled.
I also request that this unauthorized use of my credit card information be thoroughly investigated and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent similar transactions from occurring again.
