Unexpected Buddy.ai Renewal Fee After Cancellation

My Buddy.ai subscription was automatically renewed on January 2, 2026, without any prior notification, and $11 was charged to my credit card through Google Play. I did not receive any email, SMS, or in-app notification informing me that the subscription would renew automatically.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription and contacted Buddy.ai by email to report the issue. However, I have not received any response so far. I have not yet contacted Google Play regarding this matter.

I believe this automatic charge, made without proper notification, has caused financial inconvenience. I request a refund of the $11 charged for the renewed subscription that I have already canceled, and I ask that no further automatic renewals be processed on my account without my explicit consent.
