I Can’t Cancel or Reach Support After Buddy.ai Auto-Renewed My 6-Month Subscription
I purchased a 6-month subscription to the Buddy.ai app, thinking it would be a one-time payment. However, once the period ended, the system automatically renewed the subscription without asking for my approval. I tried contacting customer support immediately to stop the renewal and request a refund, but no one has responded.
To make matters worse, there’s no option in the app to delete or manage the account or payment information. I no longer want to use this service, yet I’m being charged again with no way to reach a real person for help. This is unacceptable and feels like I’m being forced into a subscription I didn’t authorize.
I demand that Buddy.ai cancel my subscription, delete my personal data, and issue a full refund immediately. If I continue to be ignored, I will escalate this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. This kind of user experience is deeply frustrating and unfair.
