I Can’t Cancel Buddy.ai and They Keep Charging Monthly
I downloaded the Buddy.ai app for my daughter, hoping it would be a fun and educational tool. Unfortunately, she never really engaged with it. Since she wasn’t using it, I decided to cancel the subscription—but that turned out to be a nightmare. No matter what I try, I keep getting looped back to the beginning. It’s like a never-ending cycle, and there’s no clear cancellation path.
Despite my repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to end the subscription. The app charged me ₺349 for the first month. Luckily, I don’t currently have any balance on my card, so they couldn’t charge me again—yet. But I don’t want to be in this position. I feel trapped and frustrated. I just want my membership fully canceled before they try charging me again.
There’s no customer support to speak with and no guidance to cancel the subscription properly. I don’t want to be taken advantage of like this. Buddy.ai needs to give users a clear, accessible way to cancel and stop unwanted charges. I’m asking for this issue to be resolved immediately before more people fall into the same trap.
