Buddy.ai Charged Me Monthly for 4 Months After I Canceled My Subscription

I subscribed to the Buddy.ai app for my child in October 2024 after the free trial ended and purchased a one-month plan. After that one month, I canceled the subscription in November 2024. Despite canceling it properly, I have continued to see unauthorized charges of ₺349.90 on my credit card every month for the past four months.

This is unacceptable. I am paying for a service I do not use, and that I explicitly canceled months ago. I even sent an email to s******@mybuddy.ai to request a refund and to raise this issue, but I have received no response at all.

I demand a full refund of all the charges made after my cancellation and an official confirmation that my subscription has been permanently canceled. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities. It is completely unfair to deduct payments from customers without their consent, especially after a cancellation has been processed. I expect an immediate response.
