"I reached the company's international contact number. My problem was resolved. It turns out that I made a mistake; when the fee was charged to my credit card, it was already deducted by 50%. So, there was no need for a refund process afterwards. In other words, there is no problem other than the difficulty of reaching the company. My advice is not to try to contact them by email or through the app. Call them by phone; the customer service representative also mentioned this. They do not respond to emails."
